Committees

 

Finance
It shall be the duty of the Finance Committee to prepare an annual budget of the receipts and expenditures of the club for approval by the membership. The chairman of the each committee shall submit to the Finance Committee within forty−five (45) days of appointment, a budget for the term of his committee. Prior to final approval, all special projects not included in the budget shall be referred to the Finance Committee to be certain that funds will be available. If funds are not available, the Finance Committee will submit plans by which funds can be obtained or raised for the cost of the project.


Membership
The Membership Committee shall formulate to encourage additional membership and maintain attendance of the present membership. All applications for membership, which may be presented to the club at a regular meeting, shall be reported on by the Membership Committee prior to being voted on. All other applications which may be submitted at a regular meeting shall be read and referred to the Membership Committee for their investigation and action prior to being voted on at the following meeting.

Publicity and Education
The Publicity and Education Committee shall publicize the programs of the club and educate the members of the existing projects for which the club is established and shall encourage the dissemination of game and conservation studies and educational institutions.


Entertainment
The Entertainment Committee shall provide programs of interest to the members at each of the regular meetings except at the annual meeting.


Fish & Game
The Fish & Game Committees shall be in charge of and responsible for any procurement, stocking, breeding and or hatching, rearing, or handling of game or fish allotted to or desired by the club. (a) The Property Committee shall not infringe upon the authority of these committees in the use of pools or grounds assigned to
them.


Property
The Property Committee shall be responsible for the care and preservation of all real and personal property of the club, which shall be kept in good repair at all times. The committee shall recommend to the Board of Directors or the club such improvements or replacements that may be required.


Range
The Range Committee shall encourage interest in all range activities and shall arrange programs to that end. The committee shall be responsible for all properties necessary to these activities.


Rental
The Rental Committee shall be responsible for all rentals of club properties. To ensure that proper applications are submitted to the Rental Committee and that proper fees and all applications are turned over to the presiding officer, who, after presenting the applications to the club, will submit same to the treasurer for filing. The adult members of the Rental Committee shall ensure a responsible person is available to make certain that the club property is in proper condition for rental and the club key is available. Also, that the club property is properly cleaned and undamaged after each rental, and condition of club property filled with pertinent application

Computer & Internet
The Computer & Internet Committee is responsible for maintaining club assets such as the website, computer hardware and software, bulletin board (forum), networking equipment, and anything that is produced with a computer. (Name tags, signage, etc.)
